Returns Items may be returned within 7 days of purchase for a refund or exchange, provided that: The item is unworn, unused, and in its original condition.

All tags and labels remain attached. The item is free from makeup, fake tan, perfume, deodorant, stains, marks, pet hair, or any other signs of wear. Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is provided.

Please note that items returned with makeup stains, fake tan marks, perfume odours, or any other signs of wear will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer. Exchanges We are happy to offer exchanges for an alternative size, colour, or item, subject to stock availability. Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of purchase and meet the return conditions outlined above.

Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned unless they are faulty: Sale or clearance items. Gift cards or vouchers. Personalised or customised products. Earrings and other hygiene-sensitive items. Online Orders Customers returning online purchases are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as Palm Beach Boutique cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.
